António Pedrosa has worked as a photojournalist since 1996. He published in several Portuguese and international media. Alongside, he develops work in the field of documentary photography. In 2012 he won the Great Prize Estação de Imagem Mora for Documentary Photography. The following year he won the Estação de Imagem Mora grant to develop The Pose and The Pray project that was published as a photo book in May 2014. In 2014 he won the Hasselblad Master prize for editorial photography. In 2015 he was the winner of the Sports category in PDN Photo Annual and 2nd in Sports Singles and 3rd in Sports Series in the POY LATAM 2015.
Lara Jacinto (b. 1982) is a freelance photographer who lives and works in Porto. She works as an independent photographer, focused on documentary projects. Her projects address contemporary subjects, often focusing on social and territorial matters. Her latest works expose issues such as borders and emigration. She regularly works on commissioned projects for various public and private institutions, magazines and publications. Her work is regularly exhibited and published. In 2015 Lara co-founded COLECTIVO, an experimental and research platform dedicated to documentary.
Miguel Proença (b. 1984) currently lives and works in London. In 2018 he completed the MA in Documentary Photography at the University of South Wales, as the recipient of the Gulbenkian Foundation scholarship. He graduated in Audiovisual Communication Technology from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (2011) and studied at Portuguese Institute of Photography (2009). In 2019 he was selected for The Photographer’s Gallery New Talent (TNT) and was shortlisted for the MACK First Book Award and Unseen Dummy Award with The Buzzer. His work is regularly exhibited and published.
